Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Certain items, such as underwear, earrings, or swimwear without an intact hygiene seal, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • If the hygiene seal is intact and the product is unworn, a return will be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to your choice (for example: wrong size, colour, or change of mind), free return shipping fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • If we make a mistake (for example: wrong item, colour, or damage on arrival), we will cover all return shipping costs.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.
In these cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and handle your refund as quickly as possible.

To report a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned goods — or proof that they’ve been posted back to us — we’ll process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is complete.
